Juvéderm Ultra 4 is a cross-linked hyaluronic acid filler from Allergan, containing 24 mg/mL hyaluronic acid and 3 mg/mL lidocaine hydrochloride, 1 mL per syringe. The product is a colorless, particle-free gel, free of animal-derived ingredients, and is sterilized at high temperatures before being packaged in a disposable pre-filled syringe. The addition of lidocaine significantly reduces pain during injection.
