Thank you for visiting and shopping at VIVAXIL. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

We partner with FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. If your order is placed before our daily pickup, it will ship the same day. Orders placed after pickup will ship the next business day. We do not have pickups on Saturdays or Sundays.

Domestic Shipping Policy (U.S.)

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you by email or telephone.

Domestic Shipping Options

• Economy Shipping through USPS, UPS, or FedEx for residential addresses only: 10–20 days, FREE.
• Standard Shipping through USPS Priority, UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground: 7–11 days, $18 USD.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide.

Shipping Method

All international orders are shipped by Air Freight, using major international airports for fast and secure delivery. This method offers high speed, with a transit time of 7–14 days, high security, and is ideal for high-value, small-volume, or time-sensitive items.

International Shipping Rates

• Orders under $300: $30 USD flat rate.
• Orders of $300 and above: FREE shipping.

Delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number or numbers. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

VIVAXIL is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns and Refunds

We have a 15-day return policy. You have 15 natural days after receiving your item to request a return. The item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please ensure that items are returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging, unless the item is defective or damaged.

Return Shipping Costs

• If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, VIVAXIL will cover the return shipping fee.
• If the return is due to personal reasons, such as a change of mind or ordering the wrong item, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

How to Start a Return

1. Returns must be requested within 15 days of receipt.
2. Email marketing@vivaxil.com stating which item you want to return and the reason. Include your first and last name, order number, and a clear photo of the product.
3. We will provide the correct return address based on your location.
4. Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as a defective or incorrect item. No restocking fees will be charged for eligible returns.

Money Back Guarantee

We promise your money back if the item you received is not as described or if your item is not delivered. You can receive a refund 15 days after the claim process finishes. This guarantee is additional to and does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable mandatory laws and regulations in your country of residence.
